1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Certain products, including software, downloadable items, and clearance items, are non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Digital products, software, and downloadable content
Gift cards and promotional items
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact Us – Email info@bytealitech.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Ship the Item – Securely pack and send the item using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection & Refund – Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund if eligible.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange:

Provide clear photos of the damage or defect.
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos of the product
If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
