Refund and Returns Policy

ByteAliTech (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality products. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Certain products, including software, downloadable items, and clearance items, are non-returnable.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Digital products, software, and downloadable content

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email info@bytealitech.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item – Securely pack and send the item using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Inspection & Refund – Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund if eligible.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange:

  • Email us at info@bytealitech.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
