If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive Return and Refund Policy.   • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The product must not have been damaged or altered in any way (except for defects in manufacturing).

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of why you are requesting the return.

  3. After we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

  4. Please ship the product back to the following address with the return authorization number clearly visible on the package:

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product, defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • If the returned product is ineligible for a refund (e.g., damaged, used, or missing parts), we will notify you, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another one, please follow the same procedure as a return. We will issue a refund for the returned item and you can place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges cannot be processed until the original item is returned and a refund is issued.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the estimated processing time:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
